What is the standard delivery time for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, while international shipments can take 7-12 working days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer customization or alterations for your pret wear?
Currently, we only offer standard sizes as listed in our size guide. We do not provide custom stitching or alterations to maintain the integrity of our original designs.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if they are unused, have all tags attached, and are accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that sale items and formal wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a unique tracking number and a link to the courier's portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal for both local and international transactions.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible; however, due to variations in monitor settings and professional lighting during photography, slight differences may occur.
