At Agha Noor, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customized orders and items purchased during clearance sales are final and cannot be returned.

Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Agha Noor tags and packaging intact before shipping it back to our warehouse for a quality check.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in the original box to prevent damage during transit and include the original invoice as proof of purchase.
Resolution Process
Once your return is approved, we will issue a store credit voucher or process an exchange for a different size or design, depending on stock availability.
